By accessing or using Revamio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Revamio is a go-to-market intelligence platform that provides community signal monitoring, SEO opportunity analysis, competitor intelligence, AI visibility tracking, influencer tracking, and ad intelligence for modern companies.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Revamio to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data

5. Content and Recommendations

Revamio generates growth recommendations and content briefs on your behalf, including suggested community responses, content opportunities, and competitor counter-strategies. All recommendations pass through a review queue. You are ultimately responsible for acting on any recommendation generated by the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated by Revamio for your company is owned by you. The Revamio platform, its code, design, and proprietary algorithms remain the intellectual property of Revamio.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Revamio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to Revamio will be revoked and your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless you request an export.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
